Very good value for money and hopefully will slow down macular degeneration. Lutein and Zeaxanthin tablets arrived very promptly. The tablets are quite large but very smooth so easy to swallow. My optician recommended I start taking these supplements because I have early stage macular degeneration which runs in my family. However I’m not actually aware of any sight problems at the moment and hopefully these tablets will slow down the degeneration

I find these tablets/capsules help with my arthritis. I have been taking them for many years.
