Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Nature’s Answer.

To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to another, etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

In case you have received damaged goods or product(s) is different or missing from your order, you will have to send us pictures of the product within 24 hours (mail us at of the product delivered, and in case of failure to send pictures within the time limit, no refund will be initiated.

We shall arrange for a pickup, but we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund.

Before arranging for a return, you are to call our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). This RAN is to be clearly marked on all returns.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card/debit card/online payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank statement.

If the product is damaged/used in any way or the return has been initiated after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
